Chromatography

Chromatography is one of the most widely used analytical methods in all branches of chemistry and biological sciences. In this method, the difference in material’s tendency to the stationary phase is used for separation. The mixture of liquid or gas is passed through a fixed bed and due to the different speed of movement of the mixed components passing through this stationary phase, the mixture is decomposed into its constituent parts.
