The second course of surveillance audit for quality management systems, customer satisfaction & complaint management was successfully accomplished.
The second course of surveillance audit for quality management systems ISO 9001:2015, customer satisfaction monitoring ISO 10004:2012 and customer complaint management ISO 10002:2004 was successfully accomplished on December 5th in the presence of Mr. Saeed Ehsani CEO of Arman Sanat Padmira and URS representative in Iran.
During this course of audit, which was attended by executives and experts from different parts of Fanavari Pishrafteh Jahan Company, customer satisfaction monitoring items and customer complaint management were evaluated. After suspicious evaluation, Fanavari Pishrafteh Jahan Company was certified with extended monitoring of customer satisfaction ISO 10004:2012 and customer complaints management ISO 10002: 2014. Also, the company’s quality management system was upgraded to ISO 9001:2015.
